Privacy, kept simple.

Hire Pals owns and operates Recruitment Capacity. We collect your name, company and email to generate your benchmark and save your response. If you tick the optional consent box, someone from Hire Pals may email you about your result and relevant recruitment support. We do not sell your details or use them for spam.

Your recruitment inputs and product interactions may be analysed in aggregate to improve the capacity model and the experience. Individual responses will not be published, and your data will not be publicly tied to your organisation.

You can ask us to remove your beta response by contacting Hire Pals through the channel that shared this calculator with you.
